- Alarian Gear accepts returns on defective products only, as described in the product description on alariangear.com.
1.2 Exemptions from Standard Return Policy
- Batteries and media products are not eligible for returns.
- Selected brand products are non-returnable, including but not limited to Angenieux, P+S Technik, Leitz, Cooke, Caldwell, ARRI Cameras, Lenses, and Electronic Accessories, Fujinon, and Canon broadcast and cinema lenses.
1.3 Non-Defective Items in As-New Condition
- Items returned and found to be non-defective but still in as-new (sealed box) condition may be considered for return at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
1.4 Notification of Defective Products
- Customers must notify Alarian Gear of a defective product within 5 days of receiving their order.
1.5 Exchange or Refund
- If a product is found to be defective, you may exchange the defective item(s) for an exact replacement.
